Values & Figure: Dot System of Anatomy and Lyrical vs. Angular Line

Preview of Class #1

RUNTIME:  1 hour, 15 minutes

Peggi Kroll Roberts

Instructor, Class: Recorded Mar 4, 2019

Through the figure, we have a quick refresher of the six drawing styles introduced in the first course. One point perspective is discussed and demonstrated so you can add multiple figures to a composition. Based on Andrew Loomis' "Ideal Proportions" from his book "Figure Drawing for all its Worth." Peggi demonstrates the tools used to introduce character and animation to the figure. See some video stills here.
