1 HR 25 Minute Lesson Plan: Expanding the Universe, Series #4: Upside Down and Turned Around Watch Preview Here: https://www.krollroberts.com/side-down-and-turned-around This is fun and a great tool to get beyond the subject and see it more as abstract shapes! Wonky shapes can happen, and we learn to embrace that part of it. But it’s just fun and helps to be more expressive. Assignment: Homework for this will be painting from any subject. Still-life will work great. Create a work with a few objects in the composition and move the objects around to create a pleasing abstract arrangement. “I find working in a collage manner gives me more freedom more quickly.
